Package 2D: 2D DIC and grid for basic experiments

 

• Only one camera required
• For experiments in the plane
• On flat samples with a vertical camera orientation
• Grid method for analysing fringe patterns: more optimal spatial resolution

STEREO package: Stereovision DIC for more demanding tests

 

• For each test in which out-of-plane movements occur

• 2 camera bases for stereovision with a special calibration procedure

MULTI package: multi-camera DIC for complete 360° coverage

 

• Direct calibration of 3 or more participating cameras
• Individual identification and positioning of each camera in the room
• Reduce the number of cameras needed for a full 360° shot

 

 

 

 

MatchID Results Viewer (included in all packages)

All packages include a very flexible results display and data analysis package as standard, including:

• Data set and multi-viewport concept
• Extraction tools and diagram creation
• Data export in various formats (*.csv,*.mat,*.bmp, *.avi,*.mp4)
• Strains, strain rates, velocities, accelerations, … and stress reconstruction
• Compensation of rigid body movements, coordinate system transformations and alignment tools, surface inspection and curvatures
• FFT and modal analysis tools
• Coding and development of customised applications
• Project and data transfer to unlicensed users
